These are the German subtitles from a PAL DVD release, manually synced to "Turtles Can Fly DVDRip x264.mkv", an encode from the NTSC DVD release. As I do not understand Kurmanci, I had to go with the flow of the dialogue, oftentimes not sure if the subs really correspond to the spoken word.
